The Manner In Which Supreme Court It Dealing It All , Dates After Dates  , SC Is Un-Necessarily Prolonging The Issue . 

Every Body Knows The Sanctity Of Pakistani Top Guns.Head Of The Institute / Department Is Most Corrupt Of The Lot  , Generally , Supreme Court Is No Different , BUT AFTER THE LAWYERS MOVEMENT , I REALLY HAD THOUGHT THAT COURT MIGHT TAKE STAUNCH DECISIONS. 

Tell Me , Could Supreme Court Not Have Sentenced PM For 6 Months? Ideally , Legislature / Parliament Makes Laws , Judiciary Implements And Elaborates The Law. That Guy Isn't Credible , Nor Is Capable Now Of Being The PM , But He Is Currently The PM - Head Of The Government ! 

Now We All Would Wait Until Some One Files A Petition , Hearing Would Be After A Year Or So , Deciding Whether A Guy PM After Being Accused And Sentenced For Contempt For Court Is Eligible To Remain P.M Or Not  , And The Cycle Continues ! 

Imagine , Operation Mid Night Jackal / Mehran Bank Scandal 1990s That Case Is Still Under Hearing , And We All Know This Government Is The Most Corrupt Of ALL ! Who Would Punish These ?


 For You And Me And All The Awaam Out There , Punishment For Contempt Of Court Is 6 Months Of Jail And Rs 30,000 Fine .

"Avoid cruelty and injustice...and guard yourselves against miserliness,  for this has ruined nations who lived before you."  Riyadh-us-Salaheen, Hadith 203.  Those Don't Provide Justice Perish . .

Ayub Khan wanted to be Hereditary Monarch Of Pakistan .

Many of our politicians , today , are in favour of free and fair elections and most of all , democracy , but this doesn't change the fact that every time Pakistan has underwent democratic changes , people have become poorer , people have committed suicides , people have died . But unfortunately our politicians only see the down side when they are in opposition .

 I was reading a book and came across the fact that one of the Dictators who ruled Pakistan for more than 10 years was actually advised by a politician 

 to declare him self herediatry Monarch of Pakistan .Let me quote it from that book : 

 Ayub Khan formed two man Supreme Council of Nawab Kalabagh and myself ( Bhutto) to examine it. We returned the proposal together with its blue-prints to Ayub Khan within week with the recommendation that he should forget it altogether. Ayub Khan's observation were "Bhahtar Sallah". He added , however , "it is not all that senseless"....
